Main Public Entrance Gates

The main public car parks are accessed from the B3046. Members of the public park free of charge and enter the showground on foot. Pre-booked tickets are scanned on arrival; please have your tickets downloaded or printed as mobile reception may be limited. 

If you are arriving from the North, you will enter the car park through the ORANGE GATE on the right. Entry to the showground on foot will be via the Alresford Gate.  

If you are arriving from the South, you will enter the YELLOW GATE car park on the left and enter the showground on foot through the Cheriton gate. 

If you miss the Orange gate car park entrance, then carry on to the Yellow Gate gate car park entrance as they are on the same road. Do not try to turn around as this causes traffic congestion.

Members and disabled drivers

Disabled drivers and those who have pre-booked a mobility scooter should enter through the ORANGE GATE and proceed to the bottom of the field to exit this car park and then enter the Tichborne car park through the Tichborne gate.

Horseboxes

You should use only the BLUE Gate. Cars are not to enter via the Blue Gate. Horseboxes should also not use either the Orange or Yellow gates.

Pedestrians and shuttle bus passengers

You will use the GREEN gate at the top of the showground.  The shuttle bus runs from outside Alresford Surgery and from the Bus Stop at Robertson Road to the Showground from approximately 9.30am and will drop you off at a stop inside the showground. The last bus leaves the showground at approximately 5.00pm

Stallholders and those displaying at the show

You must enter via the GREEN gate  before 8am.  You will not be able to leave until the Show ends at 18:00 (or if announced earlier).

Leaving the Show

All public vehicles must depart from the Show via separate exits to the west which are clearly marked with signs. There is a one-way system operating on the roads to minimise congestion. Please do not try to leave through the entry gates as this is both dangerous and causes delay.
