It has been wonderful to see the fantastic creativity of local businesses in the Alresford Show Shop Window Competition.

The 2026 President of the Alresford & District Agricultural Society, Adrian Dixon, judged the windows last week, and has declared the winners:

1st place: Ragamuffin

2nd place: D&G Hardware

3rd place: Wildbunch florists

A special mention total resident Minnie Hughes-Onslow who also decorated her front room window.

Alresford Show Trustee, and local business owner Jo Hemsley said: “It’s been wonderful to see the Alresford Show shop windows appearing around the town. The Show is all about bringing families, farmers and local businesses together in a true celebration of rural life. These beautiful displays are definitely helping to build the excitement around the town, as we get closer to the Show day.”
