Dogs are welcome on the showground but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clear up after your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the livestock tents due to animal welfare concerns.
Baby changing facilities are available in the tent situated in the Farmyard Play Area.
Collingwood Services Ltd. are on site covering all first aid requirements. They also have an ambulance providing paramedic cover. They are located near aisle C.
There are two viewing grandstands located around the Main Ring. You DO NOT need a ticket. Please help yourself to a seat and enjoy the attractions.
Information and Lost property is available at the Secretary’s tent located towards the centre of aisle C facing the main ring.
Any lost children should be taken to the Secretary’s Tent where they will be supervised until they can be reunited with their parents/guardians.
Please note it is not possible to give any public announcements over the public address system for lost adults! We recommend that you pre-arrange a meeting point near THE CHERITON GATE.
Mobility scooters are located at the disabled parking area in the Members car park. These must be pre-booked with Basingstoke Shopmobility, telephone 01256 476066
